My name is Thembelihle Patience Dlodlo. I am an Administrator. I started working at Artist Proof Studio in 2005 in the Administration department. I have been working in the industry for about two years now. I have learnt a lot about art, I find it very fascinating. I am honoured to be working at Artist Proof Studio, this organization has made a huge difference in society and given many artists opportunities and exposure

I am curently working as the communications manager, I started working at the studio as a part-time asistant facilitator in the portfolio development program in 2001and 2002. As I was studying at the former Teknokon Wit waters Rand which is now the University of Johannesburg I was given a chance to teach drawing full time. During 2004 I was promoted to facilitate and co-ordinate this class I was enjoying teaching. In the beginning of this year I was promoted to managing the communications department making.

Facilitation and Managing a computer unit. I started working at Artist Proof Studio since 1998. At this moment I coordinating out reach mural projects that are run by NGO’S like Man as Partners and Sonke Gender Justice Network, which are closely in partnership with Artist Proof Studio

I coordinate the second year programme and facilitate writing skills to 2nd and 3rd year class. I am also a research assistant for the Ford foundation’s AIDS research project

I started working at the studio 2002 as facilitator for portfolio development program second year.I started working with third years (Professional development program), It has been great working with these young people as I feel they have grown so much. One of my achievements has been going to Belfast and Dubbling as and artist in residence.
